Royals fall short to Rebels…

Everett Royals hosted the West Sound Rebels at Archbishop Murphy High School and dealt with a tough loss lastnight.

Rebels scored first in the 1st Quarter bringing them to 7-0 over the Royals. It wasn’t much longer until Royals WR, Izaiha McDonald was left wide open in the end zone and caught a pass from QB, Terrence Allen which unfortunately got called back due to a penalty.

The Rebels answered back in the 2nd Quarter which brought the score to 14-0 and sure enough, the Royals offense answered back when WR, Keshon Lowe (Low Low) ran in for a touchdown which of course, got called back once again after a flag was thrown.

The game ended with a score of 35-0, Rebels.

Royals will be back in action in April as they take on East Anchorage for another preseason game held at Archbishop Murphy. We can’t wait to see everyone in the stands again! #GoRoyals
