Next Stop: A Showdown with Undefeated Defending Champs, Grit City Knights

EVERETT, WA — The Everett Royals made a powerful postseason statement this past Saturday, defeating the Jetts in the WCPML Quarterfinals with grit, precision, and heart. With the win, the Royals punch their ticket to the league semifinals, where they’ll face their toughest challenge yet — the undefeated, defending champion Grit City Knights.

Set for Saturday, June 21 at 5:00 PM, this high-stakes matchup will determine who moves on to the WCPML Championship game. The winner will face the victor of the other semifinal between the Spokane Wolfpack and the I-5 Cobras.

“This team continues to rise to every challenge,” said Everett Royals Head Coach Boyd Demus. “We’ve got the momentum, we’ve got the heart, and now we’ve got our eyes set on Grit City.”

The Royals are calling on the 12s, their loyal fans, to show out and bring the energy this weekend. With everything on the line, this semifinal promises to be one for the books.
